general:

if you support cryptocurrency or non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in any way, i will not do business with you.

please do not use my art to train an artificial intelligence model for image generation.

please negotiate with me directly if you are looking to use my art for digital or physical merchandising. you may not sell my work without prior discussion

i reserve the right to refuse any commission without explanation

i do not draw nsfw material

i prefer to communicate via twitter or discord DM

i like to send updates and receive feedback! the earlier you ask for changes you need, the more easily i can adjust your commission to your needs

i do not do rush commissions. please clearly communicate any deadlines!

please credit me in a visible location for all work; all my links are accessible on the index

the commissioner may not remove my signature or watermark at any time

i am a human being with human limits. please treat me as such and i will do the same for you!

payment:

all payments are made in usd via paypal invoices

payment should be made either 100% upfront or half upfront, half after completion

my prices may change over time, but your initial quoted price will remain the same; this does not include add-ons requested after initial quote

refunds before completion are made on a case by case basis

more than three revisions in the finishing phase (e.g. colored, rendered) will incur an additional fee

after completion of work, all payments are final and cannot be refunded and chargebacks will result in a public blacklist

if i have to cancel a commission, i will refund the full price

if the customer requests a refund before completion, the amount refunded will be based on how much of the commission has been completed, per my own discretion

usage:

generally, you may use commercial work for any streaming, advertising, or promotional purpose

your commission will belong to you upon completion, but i reserve the right to use my work for portfolio or personal advertising

the commissioner may make minor edits (e.g. resizing, cropping, filtering), but please do not draw over or trace my art

i do not distribute cmo3 files. separated psds must be specifically requested and purchased

if you need to resell your model for whatever reason, please let me know as courtesy!

payment:

please pay within 48h of a design's closure; after 48h, i will accept the next offer

contact me as soon as possible if you need to retract an offer or bid

payment plans should be discussed prior to offering/bidding and can only apply to offers above 100$

i do not accept refunds

i do not hold designs

usage:

my designs are for personal use only, unless otherwise negotiated

my designs can be traded, gifted, sold, and vouchered. i discourage reselling a character for more than what was paid (+ any commissioned art value)

you may edit my designs as you wish; however, you may not edit or trace over my art

you may port my designs into species or give them alternate forms, but please keep all forms together

please retain credits on my designs

do not rehost my designs on amino, facebook, or vk; if you trade my designs on one of these sites, the new owner must have a toyhouse account to transfer the character to

i reserve the right to use my designs for portfolio and/or advertising purposes; however, i will not use them commercially without permission
